Hsin-Hui Hu was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan, in 2002 and the M.S. and Ph.D degree in Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. She is currently a professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. Her research interests include RF High-Voltage LDMOS and Nanowire Device.
